Celebrate our 10th anniversary of Spring is In the Air!

Spring is finally here, and we're celebrating it with you.

On Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 1–4pm, join Green Thumbs Growing Kids for our annual Spring Is in the Air celebration at the Children's Conservatory in Allan Gardens. It's free, family-friendly, and open to everyone.

What to expect

  • 🌱 Spring plant sale — take home something new to grow
  • 🌿 Community information tables — meet local groups doing great work
  • 🎨 Kids' activities — hands-on fun for the little ones
  • 🎶 Live music by Chachi — folk-rock psychedelic improv
  • 🎁 Silent auction supporting our school garden programs

Silent Auction

Starting April 13, you’ll be able to bid on an exciting lineup of items, all in support of Green Thumbs Growing Kids.

Every dollar raised helps grow school gardens and deliver hands-on environmental education programs for children across Toronto.

Musical Guest: Chachi

“Chachi” performs catchy, “Feel good but think” songs with 3-part Beatlesque/Byrds style harmonies plus other open musical improvisations.

They are gearing up for their next tour this May, throughout Europe/UK, including shows at England’s Small World Festival (Kent) & Great Escape (Brighton) + Pennabilli Festival in Italy.

This trio features a Father-Son duo on Guitar/Bass plus Potsy Webber on Drums.
