Green Thumbs Urban Produce (UP) is project of Green Thumbs Growing Kids. We have created a robust market garden on top of an extensive green roof, which means we are growing our whole garden on just 5 inches of soil. We implement organic methods and use sustainable practices to ensure our produce is healthy, nutritious, and safe for our environment.
Our goal with the green roof space is to convert it into an urban farm that could provide fresh food, environmental engagement, and green space enjoyment for the community.
